I’m an explorer of authenticity—both in myself and in others. My work is about uncovering what’s real, what’s hidden, and what’s waiting to be expressed. I’m not just a therapist; I carry many identities, stories, and lived experiences that shape the way I guide others. I’m an artist, a woman, a human, and a curious soul deeply connected to the symbolic and esoteric layers of life.

My path into healing has always been creative. I grew up in a family of artists, silent film musicians, and radio broadcasters. Creativity wasn’t just something you did—it was something you became. From a young age, I was drawn to the magic in ordinary things—shooting in black and white, letting a song loop until it stitched itself into my body, searching for the beauty tucked into forgotten corners.

That early enchantment with life’s textures led me to a professional path that’s just as expansive. I’ve worked as a music curator and DJ, trained clinically in dance/movement therapy and marriage & family therapy, and immersed myself in breathwork, symbolic studies, and storytelling. These experiences inform every session, guiding my integrative, expressive, and embodied approach.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with young adults and emerging creatives—those navigating big transitions, asking deeper questions, or reconnecting with parts of themselves that feel out of reach. My work is especially resonant for folks who move through the world with sensitivity, curiosity, and a desire to live more authentically.

Whether you're just stepping into adulthood or are already in the midst of creating your own path, this work offers a space to slow down, get honest, and remember what matters most to you.

Together, we explore identity, emotional resilience, creative expression, and the tender process of becoming who you truly are.

My Approach

My work lives at the intersection of therapy, creativity, and personal transformation.
Through conversation, movement, breath, and symbolic exploration, I help you connect with your inner world and express what can’t always be spoken.

You’ll find that our work might include:

  • Somatic practices and dance/movement therapy

  • Breathwork and nervous system support

  • Symbolic storytelling and dream exploration

  • Artistic process and archival media

  • Deep conversation and intuitive reflection

Healing, to me, is not a straight line—it’s an unfolding. A layering. A remembering.

If You Feel This…

If you’ve ever felt like a song was trying to tell you a secret…
Stared at a shadow because it felt alive…
Felt nostalgia for something you can’t quite name…

Welcome. You’re in the right place.
